QSD昆士兰州担保说明
一、主要说明(newnewland—DIBP—CIC):
1）有190州担保和489偏远地区担保；
2）处理周期为2 weeks；
3）处理费用为200澳币（190及489），

二、基本要求(newnewland—DIBP—CIC):
1）先提交EOI；
2）满足清单上对应职业要求的工作经验及其他执照/注册要求。
3）定居计划（能力和承诺定居queensland）
4）资金要求（包括现金及流动资产）
----------每个申请者要填写一个 declarationof financial capacity，并且对cash部分要有evidence证明，流动资产定义如下:
Liquidable assets are defined as:
Cash/savings that are on call
Cash/savings that are in term deposits 或 fixedinvestments (maturity dates must be included)
Net value of stocks 或 shares
Other cashable entitlements such as pensions或 leave payments when you leave or exit your home country verifiableby the financial institution or your employer.
--------如果申请人是25岁以下，或者申请人走international alumni stream，可以接受亲戚的帮助，符合资格的亲戚为父母/继父母，兄弟姐妹/继兄弟姐妹，公婆/岳父母，祖父母。

其他要求：
（1）190：同上面基本要求
（2）190校友：校友的要求为queensland教育机构毕业不超过2年，且完成硕士及以上教育，需要提交成绩单及complete letter。对硕士，职业要在上面这个校友清单上，对博士，职业在CSOL清单上。
（3）489：
偏远地区外申请者
职业在489清单上（偏远地区外），并且满足如下其中一个条件：a.具有提名职业（或高度相关职业）在偏远地区至少1年的雇佣offer；或者满足清单上最低工作经验要求。
备注，目前居住、学习、工作在澳洲其他地方的申请者，需要提供evidence你在queesand有一份job。
偏远地区内工作的申请者
职业在489清单上（偏远地区内），并且在提价EOI之前已经有6个月的提名职业或高度相关职业的工作经验。继续被相同雇主雇佣的12个月的合同。
三、申请流程----新新源移民(newnewland—DIBP—CIC):
1）EOI选择queensland优先，符合要求的话，queesland会联系你，并给出instructions完成州提名的申请。
2）一旦queesland给你提名，DIBP会发邀请函给你，需要你在60天内提交visa申请。
四、职业清单(newnewland—DIBP—CIC)：
2014年9月3日，昆士兰职业清单已经更改。
1） QueenslandSkilled Occupation List (subclass 190) visa
2）Alumni of Queenslanduniversities should review the requirements on the Queensland SkilledOccupation List for International Postgraduate Alumni.
3）QueenslandSkilled Occupation List for skilled migrants outside of regional Queensland
4）QueenslandSkilled Occupation List for migrants currently working in regional Queensland
