Please be aware that the DIBP have imposed a national limit on thenumber of visas available for the General Skilled Migration program (whichincludes State 及 Territory nominated visas) for each of the eligible skilledoccupations per financial year.

一、主要说明—新新源移民（newnewland--DIBP--CIC）：
（1）申请NT的州担保可以在提交EOI之前，也可以之后。
（2）如下情况NT可能会担保申请者：
申请者的职业在NT州担保清单上；
或者申请者的职业在CSOL上，但是不在NT州担保清单上，如果provideindependent evidence of positive employment prospects in the NT either in yourskilled occupation 或者 a closely related skilled occupation；
或者在any Charles DarwinUniversity campus in the NT完成至少2年的全职学习；
或者职业在CSOL上，并且 you candemonstrate strong, well established family connections in the NT；
或者you meet the NT residency 及 work requirements if you are living in Australia.(其他签证持有者)；
备注：
对于ICT类海外申请者，需要提供证据显示strong employmentprospects in the Northern Territory.比如雇佣offer等。
二、申请说明—新新源移民（newnewland--DIBP--CIC）：
所有提交材料都必须是英文，其他语言的支持材料必须是英文翻译公证件。邮件发送的文件必须是PDF或者WORD DOC/DOCX格式。主要材料如下：
（1）申请表格：
a) 190 及 489 Nominationapplication form (docx 63 kb)
b) 190 及 489 Nominationapplication form (pdf 65 kb).
（2）A certified copy of your skills assessment（职业评估）;
（3）简历；
（4）海外申请者提供近2年不少于1年的职业评估职业的雇佣证明或者 alternatively have Australian qualifications)；
（5）身份公证件（passport身份page for any dependent family members）
（6）学术成绩及资格技能证书的公证件；
（7）雅思或OET成绩；
（8）资产能力（This is not applicable to NT residents 及 Charles Darwin Universitystudents.）

Please provide a summary in Australian dollars for all financial assets together with evidence of those assets (for example, certified copies of bank statements, share certificates, property valuations, etc) | |
（9）定居计划：
Evidence that you have undertaken detailedresearch into living 及 working in the NT that demonstrates you have arealistic knowledge of the environment you are planning on migrating toincluding climate, relocation costs, living expenses (for example, food,utilities, rent), 及 accommodation costs to settle in the NT. (This evidence shouldinclude a narrative explaining your reasons for wanting to migrate to the NT.Extracts from websites that are copied 及 pasted into your submission will notbe accepted).
（10） 显示NT雇佣能力的资格证书及雇佣精力的复印件；
（11）NT 声明（A statement documenting your commitment to the NT.）

星号--有强制执照或注册要求，对英语，雅思4个6或执照/注册要求两者中的谁高取谁；
双感叹号--雅思要求四个7；
其他没有标注的最低语言要求雅思4个6.
