一、VET评估资格------新新源移民
（1）申请者是澳洲以外国家的永久居民或公民；
（2）持有中学后或更高等级的教育资格证书，专业要和提名职业高度相关；
（3）近5年至少1年提名职业高度相关工作经验；
二、评估步骤------新新源移民
（1）Nominate anOccupation
只能提名一个职业，多一个职业按另一份单独的申请付费。如果评估没有finalised，中途可以change occupation。
（2）提交required documents
提交形式：
文件必须是英语形式的公证件（公证机构盖章和签署文件），不要提交原件（原件不会退还），如果是online，上传公证件的彩色扫描件。作为职业评估的一部分，VET可能会联系申请人确认申请信息，了解具体职业技能。
提交资料：
护照照片、出生证明/护照、职业资格证书、学校成绩单、学历学位证书（需清华认证）、雇佣证明（推荐信、工资单、税单、组织机构图（如果是提名经理职业））、简历等。
特别备注：
VET评估不需要提供雅思成绩。
三、VET评估说明------新新源移民
（1）工作经验：
近5年内的工作经验会纳入评估范围，近10年的会选择性的发表建议声明来支持移民局的得分要求。Employment in thelast five years is considered for the Skills Assessment. Employment in the lastten years is considered for the additional optional advisory statement tosupport a claim for points in the DIBP Points Test for the GSM. VETASSESS willassess employment of no less than six months' block.
工作不要求全职，但是至少要工作2周40hours。一年平均2州工作至少40hours的将不会考虑。6个月以下的工作不会考虑。工作必须是付薪的，如果是志愿者工作或旨在获得专业技能的工作不会认为是付薪的。
（2）pre-and postqualification employment
+−What is pre- and post-qualification employment?
The employment assessed for the Skills Assessment needs to be full-time,highly relevant, at an appropriate skill level to the nominated occupation, andcompleted in the five years before applying to VETASSESS. The skill level foremployment is considered to be post-qualification if the employment follows aqualification which is
assessed at the required educational level for the nominated occupation.For Groups A and E, the employment must be post-qualification.In some cases(Groups B, C, D and F occupations only), applicants may have worked in theiroccupation before gaining the required qualification. For VETASSESS assessmentGroups B, C, D and F pre-qualification employment may be considered. Thecriteria for pre-qualification employment include a period of “qualifying”employment preceding the required one year of highly relevant employment at an appropriateskill level.Pre-qualification employment requirement for groups B, C, D and Fto be assessed at the required skill level:
◾Group B – fiveyears of relevant employment in addition to at least one year of highlyrelevant employment at the required skill level in the last 5 years beforeapplying
◾Groups C, D and F– three years of relevant employment in addition to at least one year of highlyrelevant employment at the required skill level in the last 5 years beforeapplying.

五、职业评估列表------新新源移民

六、评估结果为negative怎么办？-----新新源移民
（1）Reviews（不同意VET聘雇结果，90天内review（付费），VET建议先contact然后再review）。
（2）Reassessments（指定不同职业进行评估）。
（3）Appeals（不同意review结果，可以上诉。上诉成功可以退款。上诉结果是最终结果）。
七、复印件打印------新新源移民
允许重新打印一份评估结果的复印件。超过3个月的case文件需要从档案库调取，需要4-6weeks的时间来处理。
八、处理周期
Skills Assessment for GSM / ENS / RSMS / Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) / State or Territory Sponsored visa:
The approximate time for assessment is 10-12 working weeks once we have received all documents required for the assessment. If you are also required to apply for verification of your Chinese qualifications through VETASSESS, please allow an additional 8-10 weeks. Some cases may take longer depending on the complexity of the case.
