一、总体说明---新新源移民

（1）有190周担保和489偏远地区担保（489必须要有偏远地区的job offer）

（2）victoria州担保不需要支付费用（no charge）。

（3）online申请（If you are eligible to apply for nomination, you can lodge anapplication on-line at Applyfor visa nomination.）

（4）提名职业列表2014年3月3日已更新，参见View the StateNomination Occupation List for Victoria，如果申请者是国际留学生或者近期毕业生（集中在PHD、Biotechnology and Science （生物技术与科学）、Health（健康/护理----或博士学位、或joboffer、或行业注册），请参见If you are an international student or recent graduate, refer to theStateNomination Occupation List for Graduates in Victoria. If you are applyingfor Victorian nomination under a regional nominated visa you must have a validjob offer in your nominated occupation in regional Victoria.

二、190要求----新新源移民：

（1）年龄要求：

50岁以下；

（2）英语要求：

雅思至少四个6，部分职业需要更高的英语要求（详见提名职业列表），对于已经在victoria工作超过6个月（提名职业工作）申请者，可能在申请州担保的时候，即便职业要求更高的英语要求，也可能得到豁免，不需要更高的英语要求。

Applicants who are currently working intheir nominated occupation in Victoria and have been for at least six months,may be exempt from meeting higher English language requirements and shouldapply for nomination.  备注：提交州担保申请前要提供雅思成绩（online上传雅思成绩的扫描件）；如果是美、英、加、爱尔兰、新西兰公民，可以豁免雅思。

（3）职业要求：

毕业在victoria提名职业列表上（包括一般申请者和victoria毕业生）。在victoria完成博士学位的phd毕业生（5年内完成的），只要在职业在CSOL清单上，也有资格申请。清单的中文近期会以execl的附件发布在新新源移民网站（www.newnewland.com）

To apply for Victorian state nominationunder the Skilled Nominated (190) visa, your occupation must be listed onthe StateNomination Occupation List for Victoria or the StateNomination Occupation List for Graduates in Victoria.

PhD graduates who have completed a PhD inVictoria in any occupation on DIBP’s Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List(CSOL) (PDF, 245KB) are eligible for state visa nomination. The PhD musthave been completed within the past five years.

（6）如果你目前居住在澳洲其他的州/领地，或者提名职业有要求，则你必须要提供目前的提名职业job offer才行。To provide evidence of your job offer, you should provide a contractor letter of offer from your employer which includes your employer’s AustralianBusiness Number (ABN) and contact details.  The employment must be in yournominated occupation for permanent (not casual) work, for at least 20 hours perweek, and for at least six continuous months.

（7）处理周期：

一般是12 weeks。其中PHD graduates（不论哪里的）的State nomination applications through this pathway will be processedwithin two weeks, compared to the standard 12 week processing time.

（8）其他说明：

申请需要提交CV（简历，3-4页长，必须包括工作职责描述、雇佣期、教育和培训经历），如果简历太简短，可能会被拒绝。你需要在申请关闭后等待6个月才能重新申请。If your application is refused, you must wait for six months afterthe application has been closed before you are eligible to reapply.

Victorian nomination的notifiactionemail下发后四个月内有效。四个月内必须通过skillselect 递交EOI，并且选择Victoria做为优先（selecting Victoria as your preference）。如果四个月后你没有收到validEOI reference number，你的申请过期和关闭。

三、489偏远地区担保要求（要点）---新新源移民：

（1）处理周期（12 weeks）；

（2）资产要求同190所述；

（3）关于occupation，申请Victoria 489偏远地区担保，必须有victoria偏远地区的job offer才能申请。

To apply for Victorian visa nomination underthe Skilled Regional (489) visa you must have a current job offerwithin a regional area of Victoria.  A list of the postcodes that areconsidered as regional Victoria can be found on the DIBP website.
