Mainduties
Insurance, real estate and financial brokerage managers perform some or all ofthe following duties:
Insurancemanagers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of anestablishment or department that provides automobile, fire, life, property orother types of insurance services.
Realestate service managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate theoperations of an establishment or department that buys, sells and leasesresidential and commercial property for clients.
Mortgagebroker managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations ofan establishment or department that finds lenders or lending institutions onbehalf of clients seeking a mortgage.
Securitiesmanagers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of anestablishment or department that buys and sells stocks, bonds and other formsof investments on behalf of individual or institutional clients; manage theinvestments of their own clients.
