【CPAA/ICA/IPA会计师评估】职业评估说明

目前澳洲技术移民财务会计类的职业评估机构有三个，只要通过其中任何一个的职业评估，即可有资格开启技术移民。各个职业评估机构的要求如下：

一、CPAA会计评估---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）

   （一）主要说明---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）

（1）CPAA会评估申请者海外或澳洲的教育情况、英语能力、工作经历来决定是否通过评估。它提供移民类full skillsassessment、485 provisional skillsassessment、skill employment assessment（毕业前或者满足职业评估核心课程前的工作经历不会被认可）。

（2）评估结果3年有效，2年内可免费update结果；

（3）可以online申请，也可以post申请；

（4）评估周期为10-15 days；

（二）评估要求---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）：

（1）获得等同于澳洲的学士学位教育资格证书；

（2）对应职业代码必须完成7-8门强制课程（附后）；

Each ANZSCO code has seven or eight mandatory competency areas. To meet the competency area requirements of the general and provisional skills assessments, your qualifications will need to cover all mandatory areas for your chosen ANZSCO code.  Study that is assessed by CPA Australia as equivalent to at least an Australian Bachelor degree will be considered in the assessment of your competency area coverage. 

（3）英语雅思至少A类4个7（或等同语言成绩）或者完成一个complete the Skilled Migration Internship Program for Accountants（DIBP认可的一个专业年课程）；

二、ICAA会计评估---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）

（一）主要说明---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）

（1）评估周期为海外申请者2-4weeks（可加急，时间减半）；

（2）申请费为：

*Should you receive an unsuitableskills assessment we will not be able to assess your skilled employment and youwill be refunded $100. 

其他费用

（3）中国的学历需先通过VET认证；

（4）课程描述的要求如下：

Mostuniversities keep information about their courses. If you have notretained your course outlines you must contact your university and askthem to provide you with the description of the subjects. 

If you studiedin recent years, the information may also be available on the universitywebsite and you may print out the relevant sections, providing you include thewebsite address on all the pages of the downloaded handbook.

If the years andsubject names on your statement of academic record do not correspond to thoseof the handbook information, documentation from the university must be suppliedto state that the information applies to the years in which you completed yourstudy.

Without courseoutlines we cannot fully assess your qualifications, as we cannot determinewhat you studied. We cannot accept a statutory declaration in lieu of coursedescriptions certified by the university.

（二）申请要求---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）：

  （1）获得等同于澳洲的学士学位教育资格证书；

  （2）对应职业代码的9门核心课程要求（如下截图）；

（3）英语雅思至少A类4个7或等同语言成绩；

三、IPA会计评估---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）

TheAustralian accounting profession is largely self-regulated. Accountants do notneed to be registered unless they are a tax agent, an auditor of a publiccompany or a large proprietary limited company, a registered liquidator or alicensed financial advisor.

（一）主要说明---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）：

（1）处理周期为4-6weeks；

（2）澳洲境内的学位可以选择fast track 30（hours）和fast track 5（days）

（3）申请费如下，refunds费为80澳币（如果没有处理的话）

（二）申请要求---新新源移民（newnewland-DIBP-CIC）：

（1）获得等同于澳洲的学士学位教育资格证书，中国学历需要通过VET评估；

（2）对应职业代码的9门核心课程至少完成任意的7门（见截图）；

（3）英语雅思至少A类4个7（或等同语言成绩）
