EA工程师评估
2016年1月1日起，EA评估将online进行，不再接收纸质评估。
2015年8月21日起，已经递交EA的和准备申请EA的，可以选择加急服务（费用请见下表），5个工作日内会分配assessor，分配assessor后，快的有一两天就出结果的。当然，基于完整材料的提前下。
一、EA评估说明---新新源移民
（1）从2014年7月日起，执行新的收费标准：2015年的费用标准请查阅官网。
（2）评估路径有两个:
a是Accredited qualifications pathway（学历路径）：
For the accredited Australian EngineeringQualifications, please refer to the lists of Australianaccredited qualifications available on our website.
Foroverseas qualifications, you will need to determine if the country of origin of your qualificationis a full signatory of the Washington, Sydney or Dublin accord, and refer tothe list of accredited courses provided by the relevant signatory body. Thefull list of signatory organisations is available on the website of the International Engineering Alliance.
b是non-Accredited qualifications holder（非学历路径），需要提交能力报CDR（competencydemonstration report）。
二、跟澳大利亚移民局（DIBP）相关的服务---新新源移民
（1）标准评估服务（standard assessment service）
评估结果将包含和澳洲资格水平匹配的客户海外资格的意见。Note that the standard CDR fee will increase to $620 less GST ($682incl. GST)
（2）额外评估服务（Additional Assessment Services）
如申请人持有海外PHD工程学位，然后需要将进行海外PHD工程学位和澳洲PHD学位进行匹配评估（(Extra fee applicable - $200 + GST)）；
如申请人具有至少1年澳洲提名职业（或高度相关职业）工作经验，and/or 至少3年海外提名职业（或高度相关职业）工作经验，则需要进行skilled employment 评估。 (Extra fee applicable - $250 + GST)
（3）已经持有EA outcome但是还没有用于visa申请的申请者，可以将outcome letter寄回，获得updated assessment outcome。
三、EA职业评估工作经验---新新源移民
工作经验的评估做如下说明：
（1）按照职业和工程分类，工作经验必须和评估结果相关；
（2）工作经验需要再完成资格认证之后才能认证；
（3）工作经验应该按照工程技能人员的薪资水平或市场水平支付，客户的小费、生活津贴、奖学金不在薪水的范围；
（4）全职工作是指连续每周工作20hours 或以上，必须是规律的且不包含长期不支付薪水的假期；
（5）一般在读PHD的学生的研究活动或者助研的经历，不能评估为相关工作经验；
（6）MSA booklet 25页的工作证明对work experiece的claimed是至关重要的（其实就是雇主推荐信或者自雇证明类文件）。
四、EA职业评估评估周期---新新源移民
（1）Qualification类别：
Accredited Australian and Accordqualifications – currently about 8 weeks.
（2）CDR类别
Non-accredited qualifications – turnaroundis currentlyabout 13 weeks from the date of receipt. Note this time can behighly variable depending on numbers of incoming applications

1.is a high level executive position involving the formulation of engineering strategies, policies and plans and the direction, administration and review of engineering operations for an organization 是一个组织里级别很高的行政职位，包括确立工程策略，政策和计划，指导，管理检查工程的操作
2.must have a record of senior management over a period of three years or more. Letters of reference and organizational charts must be provided 必须有3年以上的高级管理经验，需要提供推荐信和组织结构图
3. must have persons reporting to him/her who are also at a management level 必须有其他管理层的人员向他汇报
【工程师评估】2015年EA工程师评估语言要求
澳洲移民局2015年陆续承认除IELTS之外的TOEFL-IBT/PTE/CAE等成绩，但是职业评估机构并没有放开。新新源移民（www.newnewland.com）根据近期客户咨询情况，做如下总结叙述说明：
（1）目前国内移民申请者主流的职业评估机构有EA工程师评估、ACS计算机评估、VET评估、AACA职业评估等，只有EA工程师评估是需要雅思成绩的，其他均不需要提供雅思成绩--新新源；
（2）EA评估机构的IELTS雅思要求是四个6，且2年内取得，澳洲DIBP移民局是接受3年内取得的成绩。
（3）EA职业评估只接受IELTS成绩（G类和A类均可），不接受TOEFL-IBT等其他语言成绩--新新源；
（4）EA职业评估机构可以接受不同场次的雅思成绩单（即多次考取的雅思成绩，听读写说至少有一次是过6的）；
备注--新新源移民（www.newnewland.com）：
（1）选择拼雅思成绩通过EA职业评估的申请人，大部分都是因为时间紧迫或者用相对稳定的TOEFL-IBT成绩来满足DIBP的要求。
（2）某些情况下，EA是可以豁免雅思要求的，如下：
Please note that you are exempt from the requirement to provide an IELTS assessment result:
-Applicants who are native speakers;
-Applicants who have completed an Australia undergraduate engineering qualification;
-Applicants who have completed a 2 years Master’s degree or PhD program at an Australia university.
Please note for the above exemption, documentary evidence is required of successful completion of the Australian degree program.
The above IELTS exemptions are determined on a case by case basis and Engineers Australia reserves the right to require an IELTS assessment result if it is deemed necessary.
