If you have requested to receive yourcriminal record extract (bulletin no. 3) by post:

The delivery of a criminal record extract(bulletin no. 3) is guaranteed:

- in France (including departments,communities and overseas territories) at the “Ecopli Letter” rate: Postalservices take 3 to 5 days for delivery, but this type of mail is not apriority. The National Criminal Record cannot therefore commit to deliverytimes;

- outside France at the “priority letter”rate.

A minimum period of two weeks is requiredfor receipt of criminal record extracts (bulletins no. 3) requested by regularmail.

If you have not received your criminalrecord extract (bulletin no. 3) within two weeks, it is advisable to renew yourrequest. Before validating the criminal record extract request form (bulletinno. 3), we invite you to check that you have correctly entered your postaladdress (street number, building, residence, etc.).

If you have requested that your criminalrecord extract (bulletin no. 3) be sent to a third party, before validating thecriminal record extract request form (bulletin no. 3), we invite you to checkthat you have correctly filled in the “at a third party” field.

周期：申请递交后1-5个工作日出具电子报告。纸质版周期如下，法国境内接收会快。寄到中国现在基本丢件（周期受各种情况限制，不能控制，不能加急，仅做预估，不能作为保证）
材料：护照扫描（ID类材料不需要原件）

note：纸质版也可以申请，纸质版周期需要1个月-3个月，请按2个月的预期来做心里建设。但是太多客户反馈最后纸质版平邮寄丢了。最后需要重新申请电子版。如果您需要纸质版，则我们纸质版和电子版同时给您申请，需要1500元人民币，无法单独申请纸质版。同时您请注意，有可能纸质版最后收不到。

海牙认证（Apostille）/使馆认证（Legalization）：（服务费实行总包制）

海牙认证总包费用为3500元人民币，使馆认证总包费用为4000元人民币（特殊国家除外，以咨询为准）。总包费用包含了政府外事机构、使馆机构等第三方机构的费用、认证文件快递回国的国际快递费用。部分国家认证需要国际快递邮寄申请人本人原始签字表格和材料的，或者材料有疑问，需要补交相关证明材料的，需要自付自己邮寄原始签字表格和材料或者补充材料的国际快递费用。海牙认证和使馆认证工作一般不会同时进行，需要二选其一。
