托斯马尼亚Tasmania提名职业列表及说明

（一）190州担保要求（20 workingdays with no fee）---新新源移民
（1）Graduates of a Tasmanian education institution--塔斯马尼亚毕业生
在 University of Tasmania and/or TAFE Tasmanian 学习至少2年，并且获得资格证书。即便目前在澳大利亚的其他地方，也要返回居住至少2年（需要提供租房协议等等）。如果提名职业不在塔斯马尼亚职业担保清单上，但是在CSOL清单上，tasmania会给一个off-list nomination（这个off-list nomination只给这个类别。2013/2014财年是100个名额）
（2）Applicants who have an occupation on the Tasmanian SMP list--提名职业申请者
申请者的职业在塔斯马尼亚职业担保清单上，并有5年具备任职资格后的提名职业相关工作经验。并且获得了 a formal job offer from a Tasmanian employer(The business must have been operating for more 
than 6 months and have demonstrated financial resources to cover employment costs.  The prospects/capacity to have future vacancies will also be checked.) 。

（3）Medical professionals with full-time employment in Tasmania---塔斯马尼亚全职雇佣的医疗技能工作者
对于那些在tasmania外培训但是已经在tasmania全职提名职业工作超过6个月的医疗技能工作者可以申请。

在tasmania居住的这2年，政府每半年会做一次跟踪调查。

（二）489要求（20 workingdays with no fee）：----新新源移民
（1）Graduates of a Tasmanian education institution--塔斯马尼亚毕业生
必须是在tasmania教育机构（大学教育， Tasmanian educational institution for a tertiary qualification ）学习两年及以上，并且完成了学业。如果提名职业不在塔斯马尼亚职业担保清单上，但是在CSOL清单上，tasmania会给一个off-list nomination
（2）Applicants who are in Australia--已经在澳洲的申请者
对于提名职业在tamania清单上，并且在tasmania居住超过半年，申请时在澳大利亚的申请者，需要已经在tamania定居并且被雇佣超过6个月（提名职业获得任职资格后），或者 or have owned and been operating a business in Tasmania for at least six months and have demonstrated financial resources to cover employment costs（ having an annual turnover of at least $75,000）. Off list nominations may be considered only
if the employer can testify substantial recruitment difficulties within the local labour market.

（3）Applicants who are currently outside Australia--目前在澳洲之外的申请者
无论目前居住在哪里，只要在提名职业清单上，有5年以上取得任职资格后工作经验，and be able to demonstrate strong and genuine interest from a Tasmanian employer（雇主） and/or strong, substantial and current links（联系） to Tasmania.Off list nominations may be considered only if the employer can testify substantial recruitment difficulties within the local labour market.

 备注：

‘Strong interest’ means that an employer has examined the applicant’s qualification, skill set, work experience and English language proficiency, and has  confirmed that the  applicant is highly employable within their business and there  is  a reasonable prospect for an available vacancy upon arrival to Tasmania.  (The business must have been operating for more than 6 months and have demonstrated financial resources to cover employment costs.  The prospects/capacity to have future vacancies will also be checked.) The employer may also wish to address recruitment difficulties for the profession. Generic comments from employment agencies will not be accepted as strong interest, and an employer simply expressing an intention to interview is not sufficient enough to be considered as strong interest.   

Examples of ‘substantial and current links to Tasmania’ include study and/or employment within the state for a period greater than 12 months, having lived in Tasmania for more than 12 of the past 24 months, having relatives who have settled in Tasmania and who are willing to assist with relocation and settlement.  Short holidays to the state are not considered to be links to Tasmania.
