一、申请方式：新新源移民

（1）摩纳哥citizen+目前居住在摩纳哥：

You should send a request in writing tothe Palais de Justice de Monaco (See Special notes andconsiderations for complete address).

（2）摩纳哥citizen+居住在摩纳哥境外：

You should send a request in writing tothe Palais de Justice de Monaco (See Special notes andconsiderations for complete address).

（3）非摩纳哥citizen+目前居住在摩纳哥：

You should send a request in writing tothe Palais de Justice de Monaco (See Special notes andconsiderations for complete address).

（4）非摩纳哥citizen+目前居住在摩纳哥境外：

只签发给境内居住人员，境外人员不签发。

Police certificates are only available topeople of Monegasque nationality and residents of Monaco. If you are notMonegasque and no longer live in Monaco, you are not required to provide aMonaco police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate fromMonaco, write: "I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spentin Monaco because certificates are only available to people of Monegasquenationality and residents of Monaco."

-An official identity document

-Applicable fees

-Non-residents: must specify the dates ofyour residence in Monaco
