官方名称：Certificate of Innocence (Chahadet Baraa in Arabic)

You do not have to provide a policecertificate from Libya unless we ask for one.

一、申请方式：新新源移民

（1）利比亚citizen+目前居住在利比亚：

现场去local police station申请。

（2）利比亚citizen+居住在利比亚境外：

Certificates are not available for formerresidents. If you no longer live in Libya, you are not required to provide aLibyan police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate fromLibya, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent inLibya because certificates are not available to former residents.”

（3）非利比亚citizen+目前居住在利比亚：
