一、查找FIN

查找FIN代理服务费：

周期：

一个礼拜左右

材料：

（1）新加坡工作期间使用的旧护照扫描件（至少要知道旧号码）+目前有效护照扫描件

note：旧护照信息一定要记住，不然完全定位不了。

（2）曾经的雇主单位名称，地址，新加坡工作时间段，担任职位，新加坡入境和离境时间

note：这些信息能提供多少提供多少，记不清楚的就模糊说明，比如工作地点好像在哪个街道。越详细就好定位，查找时间就越短）

二、申请新加坡COC无犯罪证明

新加坡Police Clearance Certificate：

服务费：1000RMB

第三方费用：60新币+国际快递费300元人民币左右+指纹采集费（各地不同，几百到1500元人民币不等）

周期：1个月左右（自己有朋友在新加坡的，代取的，会更快更快，代取也差不多要3周的时间，可以找当地跑腿）。寄到国内也可以，就是容易丢件，快递的周期也长。需要额外等待差不多1个月的快递时间。

材料：移民局或第三方的信函（律师出的、政府出的、或者官方机构官网要求的，也可以。看情况，不一定都能通过审核）+新加坡FIN号+护照+照片+采集指纹（ID类材料不需要原件）

一、新加坡领事认证全过程收费-新新源移民：

（1）新加坡公证处收费：

The following payments are payable atthe Notary Public’s office.:

-NotarisationFee to the Notary Public; and
- Authentication Fee of $85.60 (incl of GST) to the Singapore Academy of Law.

（3）新加坡外交部费用-新新源移民：

A fee of S$10/- ischargeable for each document legalised. Payable by NETS, Cashcard, Flash Pay orPayNow. (Strictly no cash or cheque)

（4）各国驻新加坡使馆认证费用（略）

Documents that are to be used overseas may need to go through the process of authentication, verification, legalisation/apostille.

The process is as follows:

1) Notarisation of document by a Notary Public (us), who will attach the mandatory Notarial Certificate to it

2) Authentication is the act of confirming the identity of the Notary Public. And the authentication of the Notary Public’s signature is by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL)

3) Verification of the document by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)

Operating hours: 9am to 4.30pm (weekdays only).
(The last queue ticket will be issued at 3.30pm)

In some countries or scenarios, the document may not need to be verified by MFA and are able to skip step 3 to go to step 4. You are advised to check with the person or the organisation (‘requiring party’) on the precise procedural requirements

4) Legalisation by the respective embassy/consulate to confirm the origins of a document – usually by affixing an official stamp and signature on the document.

三、新加坡领事认证全过程周期（HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE?）-新新源移民

15 - 30 minutes for Notarisation if the document is straightforward, already prepared and in the correct form.

1 - 7 days for Legalisation-新新源移民. Many users overseas want documents or the Notary or the applicable local process to be verified or attested or authenticated by their Embassies or Consulates or High Commissions in or accredited to Singapore – see Legalisation. This may take on average one to seven or more days depending on the consular authority concerned. The fees (payable to the consular authority concerned) and process for Legalisation vary but we can give you a reasonably accurate estimate of the time and cost if you contact us

1 - 3 days for Authentication and Verification. Prior to Legalisation it is sometimes necessary to obtain Authentication from theSingapore Academy of Law and Verification from the Singapore Ministry ofForeign Affairs. Again if youcontact us we can advise as to the cost and time these processes are likely totake.

How do I legalise a non-government document?

-We can only legalise non-government documentsafter they have been referred to a Notary Public (any law firm offeringnotarial services) for notarisation and then to the Singapore Academy of Law(SAL) for certification. You may contact SAL at enquiries@sal.org.sg for more information.

-We can legalise commercial documents such asInvoices, Bills of Sales, Certificates of Origin, Fumigation certificates, etc.after they have been certified or seen by any of the four Chambers of Commerce(International, Chinese, Indian or Malay) or the Singapore Manufacturers'Association.

-We cannot affix our legalisation stamp onlaminated documents. If you need to legalise an original document that has beenlaminated, please request the issuing agency to issue a certified true copy oran extract of the original document for legalisation.

§ What are the documents that I need to submit toSingapore Academy of Law for authentication?

For authentication of the signature of a NotaryPublic, we will require only the Notarial Certificate issued by the NotaryPublic and the documents attached to this certificate. Documents notaccompanied by a Notarial Certificate will not be accepted.

§ Do I need to make an appointmentbefore coming to SAL for authentication services?

Yes, you will be required to make an appointmentat https://legalisation.sal.sg.

§ What are the documents that I need tosubmit to Singapore Academy of Law for authentication?-新新源移民

§ Why is there a need for Notarisationand Authentication?

The notarisation of a document by the notary publicis but one step in the whole chain of authentication towards legalisation ofdocuments for use abroad. Authentication of the signature of the notary publicby SAL is also part of the legalisation process. At SAL, an officer appointedby the Senate will verify the authority (stamp of appointment) and signature ofthe Singapore notary public as stated in Notaries Public Rules and ensure thatthe notarised document is in compliance with the Notaries Public Rules. Apartfrom the authentication by SAL, the documents may have to be sent to theSingapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and/or the Embassy of the foreign countryfor further verification and legalisation. There are no set rules governing therequirements of different countries where the documents are to be used. You canfind out individual requirements from the Embassies when the documents are sentthere for legalisation.

§ Is Authentication required evenif the receiving authority has not requested for an Authentication Certificate?

With effect from 1 Oct 2019, all documents thatrequire notarisation by a Notary Public in Singapore will have to beauthenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).

§ Why is Authentication mandatory?-新新源移民

Mandating authentication will ensure that allnotarised documents originate from properly appointed notaries and are incompliance with the Notaries Public Rules. It will also bring aboutgreater certainty and standardisation of the legalisation process.

§ What is the processing time for theauthentication of the signature of a Notary Public?

The processing time will depend on the number ofdocuments being submitted for Authentication. The documents will beprocessed on-the-spot, over the counter.

§ What is the fee for authenticating the signature of a Notary Public?-新新源移民

When you request for your document to benotarised, please make the following payments upfront at the Notary Public’soffice to enable the transaction to proceed:

(1) Notarisation Fee to the Notary Public; and

(2) Authentication Fee of $85.60 (incl of GST) tothe Singapore Academy of Law.

Your Notary Public will ONLY be able to issue theNotarial Certificate upon payment of SAL’s Authentication Fee of $85.60 (inclof GST) at the Notary Public’s office. A Notarisation Fee will continue to bepayable to the Notary Public for the notarisation of the documents. Oncethe Notarisation is complete, please proceed to the SAL Counter and present thenotarised document for SAL’s authentication. The SAL Counter is locatedat The Adelphi, 1 Coleman Street, #08-06, Singapore 179803.

§ Do I need to submit the documents forauthentication in person?-新新源移民

No. A representative may submit the document forauthentication on your behalf.

§ Can I leave my documents withSAL to be processed and collect them at a later time or date?

No. The documents will be processed on-the-spot,over the counter and will be handed back to you immediately after processing.
