一、申请方式：新新源移民

（1）阿联酋citizen+目前居住在阿联酋：

自己或委托别人去  police department in your emirate申请，携带阿联酋ID，照片，申请费。也可以online申请。

（2）阿联酋citizen+居住在阿联酋境外：

去使馆申请，或者委托阿联酋境内的亲属朋友代为申请。除了一般的材料，还需要指纹卡。

（3）非阿联酋citizen+目前居住在阿联酋：

自己或委托朋友去police department in your emirate申请，携带阿联酋ID，护照、residentvisa，照片，申请费。也可以online申请。

（4）非阿联酋citizen+目前居住在阿联酋境外：

可以委托境内朋友代为在境内申请，也可以去使馆申请，还可以快递材料申请（express mail）。材料为指纹卡（使馆采集）、护照、阿联酋ID卡，residence visa复印件、照片、申请费。
