一、申请方式：新新源移民

（1）荷兰citizen+目前居住在荷兰：

如果你注册了Municipal Records Database (BRP)，您可以去PopulationAffairs Department (Burgerzaken/Publiekszaken) of your municipality现场申请。你也可以委托别人代为申请。如果没有注册BRP，则可以email vog.np.rni@minvenj.nl，向Ministry ofJustice (Justis)司法部。

（2）荷兰citizen+居住在荷兰境外：

如果你注册了BRP，你可以委托别人向Population Affairs Department (Burgerzaken/Publiekszaken) of yourmunicipality申请。如果你没有注册BRP，你可以直接向司法部邮寄或email申请，地址如下：

处理周期：A decision will be taken within four to eight weeks of receipt ofyour application.

Please note that Ministry of Justice mayrefuse to issue you a Certificate of Good Conduct if you have a criminalrecord. In this case, you should write to the Central Criminal Records Office(Justitiële Informadienst, Postbus 227, 7600 AH Almelo) to obtain a copy ofyour criminal record which will require a translation in English or French.
